About shipping, I usually use DHL / UPS / FedEx for transportation to ensure the safety of goods.

Items will be sent from China

We process all orders as quickly as possible and will send you tracking info as soon as your order is in the mail.

International: If you are outside of the CHINA, you will be charged $55 for shipping, and we will either send you an invoice for the remaining balance needed or if the shipping cost is less than $55, we will refund you the difference as soon as your order is processed.  If you'd like an estimate before ordering, however, send us an email and we will be happy to help.

Please Note: PolaStudio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.  Our responsibility ends when the tracking number provided on your order is confirmed as successfully delivered by the USPS.  If something has happened to your package, please get in touch with us ASAP so we can figure it out together.
